Black Nurses Rock Orlando, is a team of innovative nurses, joining together to provide community health promotion in Central Florida. Chartered in 2016, BNRO became the tenth chapter to become established with Black Nurses Rock, the largest Black Nursing Professional organization with 3600 members and growing.

Founded by Dr. Romeatrius Moss in 2014, the vision of Black Nurses Rock is for healthcare workers to expand their knowledge and skills in their communities to decrease health care disparities and increase access to care. Black Nurses Rock Orlando will carry out the mission of BNR by integrating community involvement and knowledge to provide effective and efficient services to our citizens. In addition to community, BNRO will also provide mentoring, education, and leadership opportunities to students and professional nurses.
